I have a Ruger no1B, rebarreled by Neil McKillop, with a Bartlein barrel in .303 British. This rifle is a superb shooter and for a single shot capable enough to shoot keyhole groups.
I have two rifles prepared by Neil soon to be joined by a 6mm Creedmoor on a 75 action.
His work is superb both my .308 on an 85 action and my Ruger #1 .303 both with Bartlein barrels are tack drivers. Can't recommend him highly enough.
I was sure that there was someone or a firm that was able to service/repair old High end scopes like Swarovshi, Zeiss etc I just can't remember who it was, would be grateful if someone could help me out on this one. I have a Swarovski over 30 years old and of course the factory won't deal with...
I have a J and W Tolley 10 gauge 31/4 x 32 barrels just been Nitro proofed double hammer Jones undercover. Just being rebrowned etc after proof, will be selling shortly if of any interest.
At last I now have my Ruger #1B fully finished and now tested. I have previously posted pictures while it was still in the white.
My thanks to Neil McKillop for such superb work and Emily at Viking Arms for sorting out a suitable Leupold scope.
The target shown shots 1-4 are the zeroing shots...
