Here you go mate,it narrows down at the back so I measured that to. I think it needs to flare out at the front slightly and have say 10mm sticking out to protect it? Just my thoughts though

Exactly my thoughts!! I would love to know who tests these units for them before release ?? Obviously not lads that need kit to be robust and reliable. And it’s wasn’t abused before people start!! I look after my kit but it needs to withstand work.

I and every other pro user needs a cover/protector made for the pro lrf on the new hik. If not you will at some point end up with this. I think if you look at the lrf it needs to slide on from the barrel end and clip into position and have a 10mm bell shap at the front to protect the glass and...
