  1. Nocpix nite D70R

Unfortunately, not a single one of the manufacturers have listened to you so far with these latest models to be launched- perhaps that will change with the next evolution of NV for night time use.
  2. Nocpix nite D70R

Optics warehouse did the side by side comparison of the Alpex 4K and The Alpex Pro. We all need to see this for the Nocpix D70R and the Alpex 4k using the same illuminator, in complete darkness, on the same day therefore under the same weather conditions. ( Sounds like it needs to be the...

    Good feedback - much appreciated.

I am astounded that the Zulus V2 came out on top given it's very low price point. I am soley using it for foxing at night. Given your initial review, would I be significantly disadvantaged in your opinion using the Nocpix Nite over the other 2 - it's just that I am used to everything Nocpix...

Finally - the very 1st comparative review ! Thankyou. Not sure what ranges these comparisons were made at ? Lets see what other reviews pop up then we can all make our choice for our particular needs. L Looking forward to seeing images posted also.

Fair comment, Deer seemed to have been prioritised, whereas Foxes is all I require it for. Yes, they nailed it with the Alpex. I am just keen on going the Nocpix route as that is my Thermal brand and I rate it. That said, if the Hik is better at 150 - 200m in darkness, I will probably buy a...

You're a Gentleman - it takes time and effort to gather and post that data and will be very welcome from so many of us on here. Of course up until now I think the concensus is that the Alpex 4K has had no serious competition in darkness and the Pro was not developed for darkness. which is fair...
  8. Nocpix nite D70R

I don't thinking anyone can deny the capabilities of the Pro in daylight. However what we are all interested in, are the brand comparison reviews in the dark at distance. Can you gather that information at say 200 - 250 meters at night with no significant moon - Hik 4k versus D70R ? Ah...
  9. Nocpix nite D70R

That video has been commented on extensively on here - especially as he had an inadequate illuminator fitted. Most people have sensibly disregarded that video.
  10. Nocpix nite D70R

Yes, I saw the ranges but thought I may as well post it. I agree, especially as the units are widely available now, even though the numbers are small. People are busy of course and not all users are interested in forums etc.

Nocpix NITE D70R Prototype Review - Field Test Just came across this review above of the original 'Prototype' D70R Nite that was released last October - interesting reading.
  12. Nocpix nite D70R

I agree, it will be a waiting game but they will come in time given the amount of interest shown requesting comparison reviews.
  13. For Sale: Nocpix Nite D70

Fair play to Optics Warehouse when they put up the real time side by side review of the Hik 4K and the Hik Pro, daytime and nightime. That simple review answered soooo many questions we all had, as we could see with our own eyes that basically the Pro was a step up from the 4K in daylight -...
  14. Alpex pro

Surely the unit was subjected to thorough testing before release :-|
