    thanks - I agree, likely to be false economy...... happy to pass them onto someone local or the auction house will have to resell them and, after their commission and VAT, I will recover a few pence.....

    I recently bought a rifle at auction and saw that they also had some ammunition in another lot. Annoyingly, once I had won the bid, I found out that they wouldn’t ship the ammo, only the rifle so, having bought 92 rounds a reasonable price, I'm now faced with a 5 hour round trip to collect...

  9. New member introduction

    Based in Herefordshire. Do a lot of game and clay shooting and owned a .22 and .222 for many years. Just getting inton stalking deer and have just bought a 6.5x55mm Steyr Safebolt.
