I've found the same, by a good few weeks

I'm having great results with Yewtree 102.4gr Super X. They are like a happy medium, the front half fragments dumping energy while the shank punches through providing a decent exit.

I've only used them for a few weeks and seem OK so far. As everyone else has eluded to the velcro is a tad faffy.

22" with 1 in 8" twist.

I am using the Yewtree Super X in my 6.5x47, running @ 2950fps from 38gr of N540. I find the Super X excellent, especially on Fallow. Very happy with them out to 300m.

Copper likes a jump. I would take which charge weight you are happy with and do a ladder test starting at 50 thou off lands, working back in 10 thou increments. See what that produces.

Get out there and enjoy it, watch, listen and ask questions at the appropriate points. Remember your binos and keep your movements smooth.
