This is what I would do, as an alternative to a walk in chiller.

I've hung from the shelves and it works fine

Just out a wood or metal bar across the plastic ridge where the shelf slides in at the top and hang the deer from there. It shouldn't be a problem. Isn't in mine.

I've got a Skinner aperture sight but I only use it for target. It's excellent.

You should be able to find the 8x56 with an illuminated reticule.

12v HID lamp with cigarette lighter plug. Can't remember the specs but it's very bright. Think it's a 12" lamp and 35W but might be 50 or 75W. Only used a couple of times, lens and reflector are perfect. £60 posted

I wouldn't bother with a thermal personally. I didn't take mine to Africa hunting. I would have preferred smaller lighter binos like 8x32 instead of the Swarovski 8.5x42 EL that I have.

Yes, I got a call shortly after submitting the variation requesting I send the certificate in. They said they wouldn't start processing it until they received it. I sent an polite email a couple a weeks ago and was told they couldn't give any timescales and the office was very busy.
