I did contact the owner but he was less than keen to put new zips in even when I said I would happily pay as I said I really liked the bags good hard wearing but shame about the zip so I moved on and have AIM bags which are excellent if expensive

I have had 3 unfortunately the zip gave up on all 3 after 18 months a very good product let down by poor quality zips Chinese I would think

£250 and if you could include a note from Santa saying these are for being good all year the wife mite let me smoke them
