I agree with sauer. You need control when stuffing the skins - and blade quality not always good on these home grinders; they tend to clog/jam easily.

Try length of 15mm plastic water pipe + connector from any plumbing supplies for the bottom ring. I like your idea

Based in S Wales, now semi retired have more time for shooting/stalking which I have done for many years. Long time member BASC/BDS and hold DSC1. Sadly no useful dog - they are both too lazy. But still looking for stalking opportunities
