We just bone them out on site. No point in carrying skin and bones home. Unless you want the skin.
You can remove the ribs spine and pelvis in one piece with the front and rear still attached. The make a back pack out of the remaining carcass. Check out

Only costs a small amount. More of a Skoda than Rolls Royce but will instantly tell observers that the user is a man if experience.

In nz the pigs get chased by the dogs. Any boar that chased a dog would soon end up as bacon. Even little fox terriers make excellent pig dogs. The British dogs must be a bit wimpy:)
