Hope this is ok, it's a well written introduction

His parents will probably step in wanting better things for their baby. It happens most of the time.

I understand but i have a friend that runs a big shoot and rearing business and he is blue in the face with no shows and parents pulling their offspring from what they think is a dead end job...

Good luck to the lad, there are many youngsters who think it's the career for them and change their minds, is this the right job for this youngster ,who knows only time will tell ,but he is young enough to change his mind if he wishes.
Whats for sure is he will never know unless he tries it, this might be the right choice for him.
The very best of luck young man and I hope it turns out to be everything you wish it to be.

I will pass this on to him thanks👍👍

Stick with it if it’s what you want to do, there will be estates looking for trainees when the current ones have finished their placement. Good luck and all the best with your search. 👍🏻
