very wise !If your skinning a tripe knife makes the job much quicker. I use victorinox knives in the larder and a nice custom knife out in the field.

A tripe knife in the field, you need to be strong in the wrist to shear the ribs of a fallow/red all the rest are easy.Hi all
I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction of what new knifes to buy that will hold a edge and last me a good while! And what you would suggest is good for out in the field for making graulick easier.
