It is rare that we have complaints regarding for sale items on the site. However of late we have had a couple of complaints with regards to non Trade/ Trade sales.
We expect all sellers to provide a truthful and honest description of any item they are selling. In 99% of the cases this is the case. But occasionally we have had complaints regarding damaged items or goods not as described. In most instances the items are returned, along with the purchase price.
We expect the seller to be open and honest and return any funds paid for items that are damaged or not as described. Not responding to complaints or refusing to engage in a conversation with the buyer is not something we regard as being helpful or honest. Likewise we also expect the buyer to also follow the same conduct.
Sellers that DO not follow up on a complaint from a buyer, or refuse to engage to come to a suitable amicable decision risk being banned from this site. Whether they are private or Trade.
