What is the eye relief of your binoculars. Anything below 15mm may limit your full field of view if wearing spectacles. Are you experiencing vignetting ( dark around the outside?). The size of the lenses make no difference, it’s the eye relief. Depending on you own diopter requirements, it might ( and not saying it will) be easier to use without spectacles???
I found an old pair of distance lenses that were fitted incorrectly to my reading glasses some years ago and were left in the case when the correct ones were fitted FOC. They are not my current prescription but surprisingly are not far off and good enough to conduct a no cost experiment. I will deploy the Dremel tomorrow!

Had Zeiss Victory, Swaro ELs and Leica Geovids trying to find the answer - the SLCs with the 20mm Ocular lenses work perfectly for me - they come up spot on.
I’m myopic with -3.0L and -3.5R I’ve never found a problem myself using 8x42 EL Range or 8.5x42 EL’s. There’s a reduction in FoV using 8x30 SLC but I just move them about a bit more to see more.
I am -4 and -5 !
I can use my Geovids wearing vari vocals but if I really need to observe something then glasses off eye cups out and re focus and it's fine.
I only ever use bins when out walking I can't recall the last time I took them stalking just thermal and Leica LRF monocular.

I wear vari focals and just wind down the eye cups on my ziess ht 10x42 and dont have any issues my specs dont touch the lenses if yours do it may be a problem with the lenses in your specs i always opt for lighter and slimmer lenses also as i shoot shotgun i pick the least obtrusive frame i couldnt get on with lenses either just dont let non spec wearers look through your bins
