Wanted Picatinny Rail for Tikka T3X 0 or 20 MOA

I've a 20 MOA pic rail for a Tikka. Was fitted to my semi custom T3 by Mike Norris of Brock and Norris, but I wanted the 0 MOA. So this one was only in the rifle for a couple of weeks.

Has the locating/limiter pin, which the cheap versions don't have.
