Has anyone experience of repair/service with Noblex? I sent a couple of emails to try and get a Docter serviced but haven’t received any response.
 
There is a form to download on this page that you fill in and send with the scope/bino to them.

In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair your product and return it to you free of charge.

Please understand that we can only accept your defective device by mail.

If you decline our cost estimate and return the unrepaired device, we will charge €30.00 for the estimate (plus shipping and VAT).

We typically complete the repair within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving your repair authorization.

Doctor Optic (NOBLEX gmbh) went into administration 2020 after Covid, if the scope is older than this then they won't honour the warranty. The 30-year Docter warranty is no more.
New company is a MBO, Noblex e-optics and won't assume any promises from previous companies.
