Believed to be originally commissioned in a very limited run for an British Army Officer in the early 1980s

Distinct from the standard Grays scope by its Green anodised aluminium construction
These scopes are extremely rare and do not carry the standard production serial numbers.
Occular housing engraved and backfilled in white “Gray & Company, Inverness”.
Comes complete in maker’s baize lined, leather tube with leather shoulder strap.

Scope is in extraordinary condition for its age.
  • Main tubes are unmarked
  • Lenses are unmarked
  • Internals are clear, free from dust, mould or any foreign matter
  • Sunshade tube has some patina to the anodising from storage in the baize lined leather case.
  • Tubes extend with slight vacuum resistance
  • Focuses with ease, image is crystal clear
