This. You're going to struggle to find 22cm brass in the UK so just neck down and fire form. Job jobbed.
We supply Lapua 6mm CM neck sized down to .22 CM and AMP annealed for £175/100 posted
The other option is to fireform 22.250 brass - although neck a touch short
I managed to pick up a few hundred from Spud last year, not sure if he has any more on the shelf
What fire forming is involved?

You shoot it.
If forming from another cartridge like 22-250 you’re fireforming, if necking down 6 mm creedmoor the body amd shoulder are already formed.
