Hi,
We’re starting to pack for a move and came across this mechanical wall clock.
It belonged to my Mother who passed in 1997. No idea on age but it was working when we got it.
I fixed it to some woodwork wound it and levelled it.
It runs for only 4 to 5 mins before stopping.
Anyone here know about clocks?
Might it just need a clean?
Where would one take such a thing to get it looked at these days?
I looked at removing the back but it looks like it’s held in place with tacks.
Also, on the underside surface there is a small fork shaped clip of some sort but nothing to fit in it.
Thanks, Ken.
