HIKMICRO warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. If you sell or buy a used device, the warranty typically becomes void for the new ownerI don't think they honour the remaining warranty even when registered on the app, if bought second hand without the original receipt.
Good luck with the sale though![]()

Don’t listen to what people say
100% they do
The warranty is with the item not the person
I’ve brought and sold a few hik scopes and thermals and all warranty has been swapped over with no problems at all
I’m aware of what it says on google and also what elite optical say
Your wrong I’ve bought two HIKMICRO items and had both item warranty’s transferred and confirmed by HIKMICRO themselvesHIKMICRO warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. If you sell or buy a used device, the warranty typically becomes void for the new owner
I stand corrected the original owner needs to delete it from there account , which then allows the new buyer , to then add it to there accout to keep warranty validThat's what I asked when I bought a used Falcon FQ50, that's why I stated it in my above post.
I've never has to use it but I was assured the warranty carries through.
Ah well, some people know better.
