Sadly, even fabricated stainless steel is expensive. Given the price of my Buffalo burger press and other similar items, it seems par. I’ve ordered one - bought kofta mix last week so will report in due course.

Still not arrived though - might be one of the packages due today. I'm butchering Sunday so hopefully, not long!
Hence the slots - got to be a tad accurate in pushing the knife through initially, thereafter should be ok. Perhaps a tad beyond my competence...............

I knew it was one of those weeks! Just chased up where it was only to discover the order didn't "complete" - entirely my fault
