Just picked up the 7x57 from Yeldham Gun Repairs, Steve does all my gun work and has done for a long time, big thank to him for sorting this for me!

Now I’m finally happy with it, mat black Cerakote, barrel and action, she’s now a keeper, I ****ing hated that stainless barrel on a blued action!

I’ll get re zeroed this arvo and I’ll sit in the garden high seat this tonight as I’m home alone, dinner walked past the bedroom window this morning 🙈😆

Once you go black you don't go back... :tiphat: Looks better than you described..

Looks nice Lee. If.....you didn't reload....would you still favour a 7x57 or are factory offerings too limiting?
I’ve always wanted a 7x57, for about 20 years I’ve craved one!

One was coming home at some point, regardless of factory availability!

In answer to your question, I would have started to reload just for this calibre, if I didn’t beforehand, when you have something that you wanted for so long you do anything in your power to get what you want and make it succeed!
