For the cattle men looking for a place.

Its actually not a boggler here though and isn`t really a "big one". I would however do me lol.
The scale of Australia is something hard to get your head around (though I have been to Canada a few times) as is the scale of the properties. In the UK prices vary from £10k to £20k per acre ... not sure how much this one would cost though?

North of 20 mil is my guess (but I could also be wildly wrong). Price is based on carrying capacity basis rather than area. These properties are mostly sold on a walk in/walk out basis, which means you are buying it lock, stock and barrel. Underlying land/lease + plant and equipment + all improvements + stock. Usually with a formula for the different classes of stock with adjustments for numbers based on a muster at settlement. As you can imagine, with deals of this size, there are many variations of this basic structure.

Thanks ... a tad out of my price range so will stick with my 28 acres :) 👍
