What's the difference between the Bolt and Ace 50R (apart from price)?
Apart from the price, the main differences are the screen, eyepiece and overall design. The Ace H50R has a much larger, higher-resolution display, which gives a more immersive viewing experience and makes it easier to pick out detail. It also has an optical zoom eyepiece and a fully integrated laser rangefinder, giving it a more premium feel.

The Bolt H50R uses a smaller, more traditional display and has the laser rangefinder mounted on top of the scope rather than integrated into the body. It's also lighter!

In terms of actual thermal performance, they're very close. Both use a 640 sensor and are excellent hunting scopes. The Ace's main advantage is the larger screen and improved viewing experience rather than a huge jump in image quality or detection capability. For most hunting situations, the Bolt will do nearly everything the Ace does while being lighter and cheaper.
