Now the sun has made an appearance and the bbq is up and ready for action i decided to cook a Roe saddle. In the fridge I found a bottle of jack daniels sauce. After a quick marinade on it went. Once carved it was soon finished off even my young ones tucked in . The sauce just gave the edge a nice crispness while the meat was still moist. A definite keeper !
