Well, I've read this entire thread, and I've still not seen the standard described for the shooting test. So what grouping was required at what distance, and was this test also done at night in a field? Until we know what the standard was, and whether anyone struggled to pass it, and the pass...

Reloading time is the only thing I can think of. However, anyone bent on such dastardly deeds might not need more than six shots, or if holding two pistols, 12 shots, ad infinitum...

Looking at their website, they sell the bullets, primers, and powder, but not the cases or cartridges, so I'd ring them first before visiting.
