    Hi mr Sinning

This is new ground I've taken on board for the stalking, although I've shot and stalked on it for 20 years. There are some photos available from the estate, which I will try and put on here plus a couple I've shot myself for them in previous years.

We've been out a lot recently to see what bucks are going about and some are looking very good....

Brilliant deal Brian and a nice clear, fair price structure too. All the best of luck on the new ground pal.
    Regards
    Jimmy
Next time you're walking down the street and see a homeless person go buy them a sandwich and a coffee, change of fate and it could be you one day !!!

Thanks Jimmy. 120 plus VAT may be more expensive than some for smaller bucks, but there are as many good bucks going about too, so a guest may well score and under no pressure to shoot! I was asked to shoot a buck for the estate larder a few years back, shot the first one I saw...... Scored bronze! Lol some really nice heads....

The way I see it buddy is that if you get lucky and a big un steps out cause it's your day then ya don't have to think bugger can't afford it, one price the rest is down to the luck on the day and your skills as a hunter.
    Regards
    Jimmy

That's some lovely looking ground Brian, and some nicely located seats! As Jimmy says, a straightforward, clear and transparent charge. Good luck.
