Not specifically in 30-06. But I have used them in 243,6.5x55 and 308. Any I have recovered have shown excellent expansion. In general that was with Oryx. Vulkan are meant to be of stronger construction to allow deeper penetration.

I have a box of 200gr oryx I am itching to try in the 300wm

big fan of norma bullets
agree vulkan are for shooting Dragons not UK deer

Oryx are a bonded bullet. Vulkan is regular cup and core with a concave tip.
Vulkan will generally give more tissue damage.
Oryx is the better bullet.

lots of experience with both. The oryx is a more uniform penetrator, the vulkan is a faster expanding bullet that still exits on reds 100% of the time with 1/2 to 1" exit wounds, energy is dumped earlier than oryx so for non elk sized game it creates lots of shock. It was designed as an anchoring bullet for woods hunting/snap shots etc but is an excellent performer on all uk game, they have terrible BC's though.

The oryx is a reliable and strong bullet, game takes just a bit longer to expire, esp for closer range shots.

The vulkan can be a nightmare to source if you need restocking

Again, just my experiences
