    Thought it was a fox

    Attachment 55212Went out for the last couple of hours tonight after about an hour a flash of red caught my eyes, binos up only to see a buck laying down in the long grass with his antlers covered in baler twine. Being on the opposite side of the hedge I managed to get within 190 meters of him, I stood up rifle on sticks within a couple of minutes he was on his feet shot taken and he went down. Great start to the weekend, Martyn

ID:	55217good one had to shoot a fallow pricket not long back with some netting tangled round its head and top jaw it couldnt see where it was going or eat it was so entangled and would no doubt have not survived in that condition

    Poor buggers, it's not nice to see this sort of thing... at least any suffering has been cut short.
