    Hi Teddy

I had a pair similar to yours and they did the same. It was as if the lenses had moved. I binned them eventually and got some swarovski's best move ever.

    Shut one eye. Problem solved.
Joking apart are there no bino repair specialists? I have a Zeiss monocular as I only have the one good eye to see through. I have taken them apart several times to clean the insides, and I would guess that the shims that support the prisms have either slipped out or need adjusting. Not wanting to be rude, but is it possible you have an eye problem, have you tried another pair of bino's? I build projectors but have very little knowledge as to why this would occur, and only having monocular vision would make it impossible for me to try to repair yours. I'll have a sniff around to see if the collector I brought mine from knows anything.

buckup, could be possible i have an eye problem but i doubt it, and yes most of the time i close one eye through these binos. tryed my mates swaro habicht binos and my vision was good. the are ace binos though to be fair. they are my fathers and my binos and we share them, they were his fathers and they are good but my little old granny does have some that are exactly the same but more compact. i asked to 'borrow' them but she said that she was taking them on the dreaded round the world cruize and i can have them when she comes back
