    The belly not sagging quite yet, rounded not angular rear, thick neck, back starting to bow slightly (not straight), still in winter coat, coronets now starting to turn downwards at outer edges.

    He's lovely. If you permission is big enough and you don't have a poaching problem I would be leaving him for another couple of seasons. Great breeding stock and interesting to follow his development. Would be great to compare a similar picture from next year and the year after.
