Hi,
I work as a Forester in Polish Forestry Department, because of type of my job I spent 6 hours per day in forest plus I am active hunter I decided to test Hanwag Tatra boots and Fjallraven Barents Pro trousers in forest environment. Both of those items are advertise for forest activities (recommended by Ray Mears ) .

Hanwag Tatra gtx- lightweight trekking boot ( I work on flat terrain), vibram sole, gore-tex membrane, waxed nubuck ,
First impression: quite modern looking boot, high quality materials. Finish standards of the boot is quite poor you can see that on the photos .
Fjallraven Barents Pro (olive green )- lightweight trousers made out of g-1000 material, extra support on knees and bottom .
First impression: very comfortable, solid construction.
I will update my review monthly with new photos and comments.
Cheers
Dawid
