    The Madison range Montana

Sorry i only had my mobile phone with me when i was over, taken on the Elk hunt in 2012, 9000' up, i like the shot looking down into the valley with the mist, the other with the sunrise and only my footprints in the snow, happy memories.

    Cheers

Did you hunt on a ranch? What did you do with the venison?

I was working out in Montana last year at Cut Bank, I had a day off and decided to drive over to a Cabellas in Kalispel. What a drive! through the Blackfeet Reservation and over the bottom end of the Glacier National Park. It was in the depths of winter and to be fair was quite snowy on the way there, anyway after a good spend up I came out of the shop to find the weather had somewhat set in! So I did the sensible thing (not!) and set off back... All I can say is prep... I was very - very unprepared!

Would love to holiday out there, you lucky buggers what a place...
