    At Last!

    Tracked-down a mint condition Gerber LMF in brown at Bisley last Weekend. One of the finest production in-the-field knives of all time in my humble:

    Hard to find, and I think, much nicer than its successor.
    It is not a skinning or caping knife; it is a sturdy camp knife, just like the Bowies, the Cattaraugus, K-Bar, and Quartermaster's knives.
