I'm just going to take a bunch of photo's of fields with nothing in and put them on here just for a laugh too.
You are a weird individual with a sado-masochistic streak.
    A larger picture might help

I can't dispute your analysis, but I'm not quite sure how to post a larger picture - they seem to "self size" when they are uploaded.

    Stunning!

The detail when you zoom in is just amazing - no noise or granularity.

Pictures that truly do justice to the gun

It's there as a test; all I did was to re-size the image as described & upload through the image box at the top of the reply window. You can even zoom in in the image. Puzzled as to why yours are re-sizing.

Life should be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving skidding in sideways, Merlot in one hand, Cigar in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO what a ride!

Before I went down the medium format road I used Nikon. This would have been shot on a Nikon D2x & would be 3 images stitched to give the illusion of higher resolution.

Anyway, all I want to see is a higher resolution image of your empty field. I'm re-touching jewellery shots today & am very bored....

Have you tried double clicking the original image in your OP. When I do it asks me what size etc I want the image.
