    Compact tractor

Does anybody here know of a compact or mid size tractor going cheapish?
just bought a small holding and the last owner has left the land in a hell of a state. Out of 3.5 acres I think I've got between 1/2 and 1 acre of stingers, docks and thistles!!

Knapsack, then unleash the Stihl, then and only then will a compact tackle it.

Though it depends on your definition of compact - I hired a flail several times here which came complete with an 18hp Kubota and the combination was useless. I then took the flail off the Kubota and hooked it up to my 35hp Massey... Different world, and destroys practically anything, but then it's twice the size...

Ended up with a 50hp Leyland 255. A few bits to sort on it but came with front loader and a spare set of new front tyres and rims. Now to find a topper
