    Help ID unusual 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175 circle reticule telescopic sight!

Have just acquired an telescopic sight that doesn't have any name ID on it.

It is a variable 3-9 but with an unusual reticule. Like a standard "duplex" except the lower fine crosshair has six bars across it for, I am guessing, range holdover. As in the bottom half of the reticule are six circles from left to right, in diminishing sizes, marked underneath then on the reticule 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175.

Any ideas, please, and what rifle sport would it be from?

It's not a telescopic sight for a crossbow is it, or perhaps a shotgun scope for use with slugs?

It's the calibre of the shooter that counts not the calibre of the rifle.

I will go with a Shepherd scope as well, I seem to remember you ordered them from Global Rifles set up in your particular calibre/load so maybe for a .22rf ?

    Hi

I have 2 Shepherd scopes and they have the reticle indicated at #2. If it has 2 horizontal and 2 vertical turrents (a standard size and a smaller one) can only be a Shepherd. Large turret should be clicks and small one friction.

From recollection they do a particular one for a .22 rimfire - check the website.

However, Shepherd scopes do have serial numbers and their name/logo on them.

Here's a representation I made using MS Paint. However on the actual thing the circles have 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175 written either below (or above) them.
