O.K. O.K.i GIVE IN! , Yes I have used the Lyman trimmer, they are well engineered & a useful tool for those who use them, me, I use a 90 degree rechargeable drill, it chucks anything I want to utilise & has two speed settings so polishing / burnishing can be done as well as cutting to length etc. Steve, put me out of my misery.....who is she?
Mrs Finnbear has just intervened............. the empty port bottle has been employed in a role not originally intended for it!, I must now leave the arena for a period of bedrest!
You guys are too easily excited. I saw that kind of action in a Billings, Montana pub last night.
To the question! Lyman Universal trimmers! I have one. It does the job.
That being said, how many calibers do you shoot? You would be much better served to get a caliber -specific, Lee case-trimmer assembly. No set up, no measuring, and the exact same results every time. I use them for all of my cartridge/calibers (which are a considerable few) unless it is something out of the ordinary. ~Muir
