just wondering what is the best case in terms of reloading the most? quality wise? and cost?

now 243 is loaded with 90g sp and 308 is 150g sp

Remington cases for the .243 and hornady for the .308 for me, had no problems with either and they're well used.

Go to your local range after a busy weekend and use what you find in the bins.

Some people say, Lapua brass is the best? aye but quite pricey. I use Norma or Federal for .243, & Lapua or RWS for my .308.
    Hope this helps.

Just be careful it's not military brass / berdan primed...

The best brass won't last two loadings if you get stupid at the reloading bench. FYI~Muir

I use Lapua in the 308, no complaints and not horribly expensive in common calibres

For me - In .243 most cases seem to work (mainly used winchester and federal). In .308 Norma and Lapua seem best. I had problems with hornady/frontier cases denting shoulders in a redding resizing die, the brass seems thinner or softer. Used resizing wax and problem was reduced but not removed.
