26mm OD bar and lapping compound

Hello folks, anyone know where I could get a 26mm lapping tool and a compound from?

Looking to lap some 1" rings out to 26mm.

Wheeler make a lapping kit mate. But if I'm honest I would just make one its really not hard and there is plenty of pictures ect on Google
    Hope that helps a bit

What rings are you intending to lap Scrumbag, and what scope on what rifle?
It's the calibre of the shooter that counts not the calibre of the rifle.

Well, call me a tackle tart but I'm trying to lap some Sportsmatch rings for my Weihrauch 77 to accomodate a Diatal 4x32...

Sportsmatch actually make a 26mm ring that may be suitable so is it worth the trouble?

Agreed Sportsmatch don't make it easy to find but have a look for T01C.

Sportsmatch assure me that they are actually 26mm and not just 1" rounded up to 26mm as some advertisers do.

Sorry Scrumbag I can't get the link to work but if you do a google search for Sportsmatch 26mm rings you should come up with the answer on ebay. Also have a look on the Sportsmatch facebook page as I asked this very question of them some months ago.

Cheers buddy, will give them a go. No worse off than I am now if it isn't.
