    Shire Horses.

Just imagine how many miles a farmer would walk behind these ....

There weren`t a great number of Shires there and most had no brasses on or their manes done up, shame cause when they are dressed up they are stunning animals.

Well, at yesterday's ploughing match the Shires were tucked away in the horse trailer, so I never got to see them.

I did see this chap though, and wondered if he's a member on here

That`s a shame not to see the horses Dom.
My local paper did a write up of our ploughing match, they included photos of the human participants but not one photo of a Shire Horse!
Farming would never have survived without them.
    Disappointed wasn`t the word.

Life should be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving skidding in sideways, Merlot in one hand, Cigar in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO what a ride!
