    Swarovski - excellent customer care

    I lost one the eye cups from my binoculars the last time I was stalking. I sent an e mail to the Swarovski optic customer care dept on Wednesday evening. This morning (Friday) a pair of eye cups arrived in the post free of charge. Very impressive service from Swarovski.

    +1. One of my eye cups had broken on my slc's. I phoned them direct explaining what had happened. Giving my address they said it wwould be in the post. Ten minutes later it dawned on me no payment had been done. I phoned them back explains this and they said its free of charge. 48hours later I received two not one eye cups with a little acknowledgment slip.

    Yes. I've had similar service from them. Very commendable.
