    Led lenser warranty claims???

    After nearly a year my led lenser h14.r has become temperamental and is no longer charging properly.

    I suspect it is the cheap charger that will be at fault but reckon it's time to put their 3 year warranty to the test.

    I note that since I have owned it for more than 3 months it's up to me to send it back to the UK distributor.

    Has anyone any experience of returning their led lenser after this time period and do you have a contact address?

    My LED Lenser head torch snuffed it recently, after little use. I just went to their website, printed off a return form and sent it to them. Got a new one back very quickly. No issues at all and none of the potential moaning and quibbling from the supplier.

    Ditto. - my battery / switch mechanism failed. Emailed them, new one arrived following morning in the post. Excellent service

    Likewise the tab broke on the battery compartment of my Seo7r , absolutely no hassle getting a replacement unit after sending off warranty claim form. Great customer service.

    mine is still going strong 3 years of use I also use it at work most days would say the bulb is't as good as it was ?

    Fantastic service from LED Lenser, received a brand new replacement today

    I didn't even have my original receipt or place of purchase as I had been given it last Christmas!

    Hopefully this one doesn't develop any issues but if it does at least they have a great back up warranty.

    up date the battery compartment lug snapped off at the head band is that a warranty fault at under 3yrs ?

    Given the experience of myself and others I would imagine returning your unit and explaining that the component part failed during normal use should well provide a positive warranty claim.

    My Headtorch cost 4.40 to post back. At that price it's well worth a punt or even try phoning them first?
