    Cheshire Firearms Dept

    I have been one of Cheshire Firearms Dept fearsest critics my last variatian took 12 weeks, but something has happened I put in for a variation on the 6th of October and it arrived back this morning all done and dusted.

    That's very good, most County Firearms Licensing Department are amalgamation and reducing staff numbers. This can only reduce the standard of service that we receive. I have heard initial applications in some areas taking almost nine months.
    Victory goes to the player who makes the next-to-last mistake..

    North wales police...renewal and as of yet not received it 18 weeks plus... Police cutbacks.

    Passport Office.

    Sent my renewal in the post on a Thursday. Royal Mail confirmed delivery on the Friday morning. Got email on the Monday morning saying my new passport had been sent. Got it, straight from the printers, on Tuesday afternoon. Old passport received in the mail on Wednesday. All for 72.50

    Obviously technology does not exist to permit this........

    Surely Government should work on the weekend so this can be cut by two days

    i just had my renewal back from cheshire firearms and they have been brilliant. no hassle whatsoever.
