Wild Wind, Water, Wigeon and Teal

    The title is the story...

Plenty of ducks on the wing yesterday, the wind pushed the water well over what was predicted on the tide chart, however our chosen spot was very safe all but a bit uncomfortable for my friends who's bucket seat wanted to float off when he stood up to shoot lol...

The shot ratio went out the window with the fastest birds I have seen to date....

Stalking is very much like going to the night club

You can always tell an Essex Boy, just you cant tell him much...

An hour in the field is worth a week of typing trash.....

Thank you, not easy as our guest found out! His beany hat blew off a hide pole when he took it off for some reason, it went with the wind in the river!
I pulled my decoys in and put them out behind me which did pull the birds on our inside but to quick for Steve lol...
His lab was fantastic, with some very long swims in that wind...
