Versa Pod Bipod - preferably pan/tilt & locking

I have decided to try a versa-pod bipod on one of my lighter rigs after coming by an adaptor for it the other day, so I am after a Versa Pod Bipod. Ideally it would be one of the shorter ones with pan/tilt & preferably a locking one, but I am pretty flexible on the style, type of legs etc... Thanks.

Thanks. I did not know they did them on eBay. Might have a look at one of those.

Don't buy the Ebay one. After about 30 rounds of .308 in a CSR match one of the legs snapped off.... Had to finish the rest of the day with a monopod.

If anyone has a genuine one I am still interested

    wow, that is a shame
I must have put 8-+ rounds though mine on the .300 Win Mag and its still going strong

Out of interest where did it snap and was it a result of loading forward rather than recoil?

It snapped on the bottom leg near the top. So it was extended and broke just below where it goes inside the top leg. It would have been under load as I tend tops into a bipod, but I was doing snaps so was running the gun quite quickly. Typically it would have been 10 exposures of 3 seconds at 300 yards, or something similar. I did not see it go. It looks like pig iron inside. I have another one that I got cheeps so will try that again to see if that one breaks. These are the cheaper ones from eBay which have no springs in it. It was a standard 9" one with ski feet.
