    Knife making kit

    As above fixed blade wood handle type its for a present for my brother inlaw he is really into woodwork and hunting so if anyone has one there not getting around to using I'd be very intrested.

    Paul - you're a very naughty boy! Looking at that link I ended up buying one of the Rough Rider folder knife kits

    Another website worth having a look at is Knife making kits

    Their service is excellent - maybe not quite in the same league as Heinnie's but certainly out of the top drawer.

    Moonraker knives is another excellent resource: Knife Kits

    A bit more expensive, but I bought one of the kits from A Finlay here: Knifemaking Kit 1 and handled it in walnut - you can see it as the bottom of the two knives here:

    Just ordered one of the karesunando kits from heinnie as this looked like a good value kit with everything he should need to do the job cheers to everyone who has viewed and replied!!!

    Try Chris at English Hand Made Knives. Unless you are after a folder you could pick a blade, some nice wood - splash out on some iron wood ? and have a truly one off design. Much more personal than a kit. Just a thought.
