Parker Hale 7x57mm with Roedale Ultralight Moderator rings & bases

In good condition and if I do my bit it will shoot a 1 inch group. It has a lovely walnut stock which has some minor marks but could be made very special by someone with the skill, time and inclination. It’s being replaced by a semi-custom 7x57mm as I love this calibre. 5 round floor plate magazine. Metal work and bore in good condition and clean.

Included is a Roedale Precision Delta Ultralight moderator for calibres up to .308. 5 baffles with the first one made of steel. Rifle screw cut ”x20 UNF by Neil McKillop and has a thread protector. Neil also polished and tuned the trigger which is particularly crisp. Rifle and moderator both proofed at time of screw cutting. Rifle has been partially bedded.

As can be seen in the pictures there is a horn pistol grip cap, which has a couple of chips in it, and a silver oval inlay engraved ‘WGB’ by a previous owner. This was evidently his plains game rifle.

Scope shown is NOT for sale but the 1 inch rings and bases are included.

350 for the package – Face to Face or RFD to RFD at your cost. Located in Berkshire.

    BTT

It's a 1100 Lightweight model with a Santa Barbara Mauser action that has been fitted with a bespoke walnut stock.

You're finally selling that rifle? What exactly are you replacing it with?

Happy New Year Jim! When are you planning to head to the BSRC this month? I was thinking of going to the range day on the 17th.

Hi McKenzie and sorry for the delayed response.

Both too short for my purposes, unfortunately.

    Good luck with the sale.
