    alligator kills burglar

A while back, I had posted about the alligator hunting in Florida, Louisiana and South Carolina, mostly by archery, with a 200-lb test braided line and barbed arrow, in order to retrieve the gator. Not sure where to post this, but here goes...

They are not a Nile crocodile, but a lot less expensive to hunt, and can be done properly with just as much sporting challenge. And while not as aggressive as a crocodile, alligators are sort of like rattlesnakes, in that if you run up on one at the wrong time, and surprise them when they are in a bad mood, they can ex you out.

Why kill the gator though it did everyone a favour.

Chuck the other thief in there with another Gator. I bet he'll co-operate with the investigation then.

Indeed! Do you know how long it takes to grow a gator that large, much less train him?!!

Hopefully Sheriff Ivey and his team will soon be sporting new gator-skin boots as a reminder that it's not a good idea to run from the law?
