    Anybody Own one ,any fors or againsts please ,look a nice classic European style rifle .

    Not looking too popular this particular sauer then ?
    Anyone ? just a little teeny bit of feedback looks like a good following in the states under colt sauer ?

    Well on this occasion looks like the usually superb SD massive can't help so I'll give what looks like a very nice rifle in 308 a miss .

    If you want a rifle based on the Sauer 80, I want to sell my FN-Sauer in .270. Just like this one, even the stock colour. South Africa-KwaZulu-Natal-Bolt Action Rifles-FN SAUER .270 **Rolls Royce of Hunting Rifles**

    Sorry chap I've a mint 270 sako L61r that holland and holland have done a bit of work on so it's a 308 I'm afraid

    Oh, don't be put off by lack of personal experience. This is an older model, which was sold in the USA by Colt and others. Like the 90, 200, and 202, it is beautiful to behold and slick as a whistle, and accurate rifles, too. Most Colt Sauers here are safe queens, never seeing the woods, much less going up for sale, unless the owner dies or finds another one he wants in the worst way.

    My bias: I own a Sauer 200 in .308 and love it. Also own a Sako .308 and L61Rs in .270 and .375 H&H... if that helps.
