Cheap Red dot sight for combi gun

Anyone got a cheap ish red dot sight with dovetail rail mounts that I can try on my .22/20g combi gun please?

Not sure if it's going to work ok so don't want to waste too much dough!

    Cheers

Would it be clearly visible on a bunny at 40 - 50 yards mate? If so I'll give it a go,

    Hi Stratts,

    I use a Simmons 1 - 5 x 20 on my combi (12 / .222) which cost me 65 and it's a great little scope.

It's not red dot but if you want to borrow it and try it out on your combi then let me know and you can pop round and pick it up? I've also got a tub load of mounts - if you find a set that suits you can have them?

    Let me know?
